Artwork & Layouts: Artwork created in vector based drawing programs other than those listed below should be saved in EPS format (with preview). The following Windows based programs are fully supported. Others may prove to cause incompatibility problems.

Please include version number with file. Do not save linked graphics as part of your file. Include as separate TIF or EPS files.
Download Instructions: Download all files in NATIVE saved format (ie: Corel file extension should be mylogo.CDR not mylogo.john). Mac users: Include .dat files. Internet Graphics: JPEGs, GIFFs, TIFFs and all other bitmap files are not considered acceptable artwork for screenprinting. These files should be redrawn in a vector based format. This is a service we can provide for you if necessary. Fonts: All font files should be included with your art files. We accept both TrueType and Type 1 postcript fonts. If you are not using one of the programs listed above, please convert all type to curves before saving your file. Scanned Images: Color images must be saved in CMYK TIFF format and included as separate files. Scale and rotate as needed before saving. Allow 1/8" for bleeds. Black & white photos or line art should be saved as TIFF. Printed Samples: Always include a printed sample of your file so that we may verify the final product against your original. This print may be faxed to us. Line Screens: Please prepare line screen output at the following resolutions: Silkscreening: 40 - 50 lines per inch at 30� angle Offset Printing: 80 - 120 line screen at 45� angle Spot Color Separations: Any file that is to be printed in spot color, must have PMS colors in the drawing or layout. RGB, CMYK or standard colors are NOT acceptable. Please print out your own separations first to be certain everything separates correctly. Traps: Traps should be included for every design where two or more colors touch. A one or two point overlap is usually sufficient. Darker color should overlap lighter one. Films: Our specifications for submitting films are: Silkscreening: Film POSITIVE - Emulsion side UP right reading - Actual size of print Offset Printing: Film NEGATIVE - Emulsion side DOWN right reading- Actual size of print Camera Ready Art: We gladly accept camera ready, color separated art. Art should be output at a minimum of 1200 x 1200 DPI, preferably higher. Faxes, photocopies, business cards & cocktail napkins are NOT considered camera ready and will be subject to an art preparation fee.
